Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality medical aesthetics and skincare services. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy, which applies to all treatments, packages, and retail products.

1. Services

Due to the nature of aesthetic services, all service sales are final. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Botox® / Dysport® / Dermal fillers
  • Chemical peels / Microneedling / PRP
  • Facials and skincare procedures

We do not offer refunds for services rendered even if dissatisfied with the service as outcomes can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions and communicate goals during consultations, and to follow all pre- and post-treatment guidelines to support the best possible outcome.

2. Retail Products

All gift card sales and product sales are final, including skincare, injectables (pre-paid), and prescription products.

We will only consider an exchange or store credit in the case of a manufacturer defect or an adverse reaction reported within 7 days of purchase. Returned products must be unused or minimally used and accompanied by a receipt.

3. Packages & Prepaid Services

All prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services must be used within the time frame specified in your treatment agreement (typically 3 months from date of purchase).

4. Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the prepaid service.
