The Details. Memberships are billed monthly via card on file. Spa and Medi Spa Members select one included treatment per month from the options listed; treatments do not roll over month-to-month unless otherwise noted. Flex Members receive unlimited rollovers and may apply credit toward any service including injectables. Member pricing on injectables and retail applies only while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions or third-party offers. Complimentary infrared sauna passes do not roll over. Memberships may be paused or cancelled at any time with written notice; refunds are not issued for unused months.
