Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and device.

Non-Discrimination

NuAge Spa will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a lower quality of service because you opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Response Timelines

We respond to verifiable privacy requests within the timeframes required by California law:

Opt-out requests — honored within 15 business days
Right to know, delete, or correct — confirmed within 10 business days and completed within 45 calendar days (with a possible 45-day extension if needed)
Limit sensitive information — honored within 15 business days

You may submit a privacy request twice within any 12-month period at no cost.
