How to Opt Out of Sale & Sharing
You may exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information through any of the following methods. We honor all valid requests within 15 business days, as required by California law.
Submit a request directly through our opt-out form. This is the fastest method and provides immediate confirmation.
Email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
Call us during business hours and ask to submit a privacy opt-out request. We will verify your identity before processing.
Mail a written request to our address, including your full name, email, and the specific right you are exercising.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and device.

Because GPC operates at the browser level, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use to access our website.

Identity Verification

Opt-out requests (sale, sharing, sensitive information) do not require verification and will be honored upon receipt.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you authorizing the request, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before honoring the request.

Non-Discrimination
NuAge Spa will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a lower quality of service because you opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Response Timelines
We respond to verifiable privacy requests within the timeframes required by California law:
- Opt-out requests — honored within 15 business days
- Right to know, delete, or correct — confirmed within 10 business days and completed within 45 calendar days (with a possible 45-day extension if needed)
- Limit sensitive information — honored within 15 business days
You may submit a privacy request twice within any 12-month period at no cost.
