SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from NuAge Spa, you agree to the terms below. These terms comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and applicable carrier requirements.

Your express written consent. By submitting your mobile number through any NuAge Spa form, intake document, online booking, or written request, you give NuAge Spa your express written consent to send you recurring promotional and transactional text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Program Description
The NuAge Spa SMS program sends text messages to subscribers regarding the following types of content:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
- Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and member-only pricing
- Service announcements and new treatment launches
- Event invitations and educational content
- Replies to customer service inquiries you initiate

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with NuAge Spa. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for promotional content, plus additional transactional messages tied to your appointments. NuAge Spa does not guarantee a fixed number of messages.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent to or received from NuAge Spa. NuAge Spa is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan for details.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out or Get Help
You may cancel the SMS program at any time at no cost. Simply reply with any of the keywords below to the NuAge Spa SMS number from your mobile device:
After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional messages. To rejoin the program, you must opt in again through a NuAge Spa form or written request.

Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the NuAge Spa SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you provided is your own and that you are authorized to enroll it.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have specific rights regarding personal information collected through this SMS program. The personal information we collect through SMS may include your phone number, name, appointment history, and message engagement data.

Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information NuAge Spa has collected about you.
Right to Delete
Request deletion of personal information NuAge Spa has collected, subject to legal retention exceptions.
Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information NuAge Spa maintains about you.

Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Use
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide services.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." NuAge Spa does not sell personal information collected through its SMS program. To exercise any California privacy right, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by California law.

Privacy & Data Use
NuAge Spa collects and processes information submitted through the SMS program in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and SMS data are shared only with service providers necessary to operate the program (such as our SMS platform and appointment scheduling system) and are not sold or rented to third parties.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to These Terms
NuAge Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by text message or posted on this page. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability
NuAge Spa, its officers, employees, and service providers are not responsible for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or for any actions taken in reliance on a text message. The SMS program is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

Governing Law
These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
